As part of the 50th anniversary celebrations of the Italian Federation of Chefs, a delegation from the Federation visited the company on Tuesday to meet with Eugenio Medagliani, Honorary President of the Federation.
Here is a message of thanks from Medagliani after the visit on 15 May, and below is the video filmed on 7 April to congratulate the FIC on its 50th anniversary.
The words of Eugenio Medagliani:

The gift of the chef's hat is fantastic, an element of the chef's attire that still distinguishes and characterises culinary masters throughout the world.
My passion for studying and creating the most suitable utensils for your activity has transformed a working relationship into a friendship, one of those friendships that, out of modesty, I won't call exceptional, but out of realism, I'll simply call solid.
You should know, dear chefs, that every name on my agenda represents someone who has crossed my path.
Just meeting you has changed my life more than you can imagine.
Years cannot erase memories or a friendly face, because you are engraved in my heart".
