ENRICO PARASSINA'S MOTHER'S DAY CAKE

Tortiera a forma di cuore, antiaderente cm. 23×22 (1lt)

Recipe:

  • 150 g of butter
  • 150g of sugar
  • 150g of all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • ½ packet of baking powder
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • Bake in the oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.

 

Coverage:

  • Marzipan 300 grams
  • Food coloring as desired

 

Royal icing recipe (for leaves and rosebuds)

  • 600 grams of powdered sugar
  • 70 grams of egg white
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Food coloring
  • Modeling chocolate
